1) Starting at approximately 11:20am Pacific Time on Thursday June 12, 2025, we experienced a complete outage of our web site at
www.optery.com due to an outage at upstream technology providers Cloudflare and Google Cloud Platform. As a result
www.optery.com was inaccessible for approximately 2 hours until the issue was resolved at approximately 1:10pm Pacific Time on Thursday June 12, 2025.
2) Some customers also experienced problems when logging into the application at
app.optery.com (e.g. Captcha and SSO login via work email), which was also due to the outages at Cloudflare and Google Cloud Platform.
3) All of Optery's core processing of scanning and data removals were unaffected and were operating normally at all times.
